This removes non-provided generic types (i.e List), which is considered a bad practice. Adds a new section for the indexed extension, which is available since Dart 3. Replace iterable.generate with List.generate which is cheaper in cost. And this PR also moves the documentation links from api.dartlang.org to api.dart.dev, this also removes versioned links, which can break at some point.
